CLINIC DESCRIPTION: This 3 hour clinic will cover all
aspects of the game of baseball including pitching mechanics,
catcher skills, infield play, outfield play and the
fundamentals of hitting. Players will be separated into
groups by age and skill level and rotate through several
fundamental
skill stations.
CLINIC DETAILS: This clinic is designed for players
aged 7 – 12 and will be conducted in two sessions.
Session #1 is for 7-10 year olds and will run from 9:00am-12:00pm.
Session #2 is for 11-12 year olds and will run from
1:00pm-4:00pm.
This is what you can expect to work on while at the
clinic:
PITCHING: Drills for proper mechanics, pitch grips,
increasing velocity, consistency.
CATCHING: Drills for receiving, blocking, throwing,
force plays, tag plays and bunt plays.
INFIELD: Drills for improving footwork and fielding
ability.
OUTFIELD: Drills for improving tracking and catching
flyballs.
HITTING: Drills for vision, balance, timing, increasing
power, improving consistency and the mental aspects
of hitting.

WHAT TO BRING:
Baseball or other athletic clothing including a baseball
hat
Cleats are recommended
Baseball glove
Baseball bat & batting gloves
Helmet if you have one
Catchers please bring your own gear
Water bottle (Ice cold water will be provided)
CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS: Please arrive at least 15 minutes
prior to the start of the clinic.
