Closing Day activities at Regional Park
were roaring success!!
Thanks to all of the parents and players
that attended and enjoyed the bounce house, bungee run,
dunk tank and food.
This brings to an end another wonderful
season for Truckee Little League. We look forward to
having you all back for another season in 2009.
A special thanks to Karen Sewell for organizing
such a wonderful event.

Private Pitching Lessons
with professional pitching coach
Manny Oliveria
Manny Oliveria, from the FLA Marlins and Reno Astros
organizations will be back in town again tomorrow through
the summer! He is a pitching coach who is very skilled
at working with players of all levels and development.
He works closely with all 5 of our own THS varsity pitchers,
as well as those on the JV team. Manny is highly recommended
by Head THS Varsity Baseball Coach Mike Ellis and JV
Head Coach Matt Carlson. Manny is a left-handed pitcher
who works with right-handed pitchers, too. Manny is
available for private pitching lessons on Tuesdays and
Thursdays afternoon and possibly Saturday mornings at
the THS baseball field. His fee is $50/hour. Semi-private
lessons available, too $75/hour. Private lessons can
split into a pitching/batting combo.
